摘要:为了实现复杂环境中结冰的自动探测,根据材料的磁致伸缩特性及其逆效应,设计了振动式结冰传感器。建立振管式冰传感器的物理模型,并分析振管探头的振动原理。设计传感器的谐振电路并分析其工作原理。电路采用单一线圈实现驱动和信号拾取;利用锁相环技术实现信号的相位转移,提高了测量精度和信号的稳定性。对样品进行了性能测试,结果显示该传感器分辨率高、线性度好,证实了设计理论的正确性。

Design Theory of Vibrating-tube Ice Detector

Abstract: In order to realize the ice auto-detecting in the complex situation, this paper presented a vibrating-tube ice detector based on the magnetostriction and its inverse effect of the material. The structure model of the ice detector was established, and the vibrating principle of the tube was analyzed. The resonance circuit of the detector was designed and its working principle was analyzed. A single coil acts as the driver and the signal collector simultaneously. And the phase-locked loop (PLL) was used to control the 90 degree phase shift; hence the test precision and the stability of the signal were increased. Finally, the sample tests were carried out. The test results show the high resolving power and good linearity, demonstrates the correctness of ice detector design in theory.
