基于光谱吸收的光纤气体传感器光源波长稳定控制技术

摘要:采用具有高精度电流注入模块和温度控制模块的分布反馈式半导体激光二极管作为光纤气体传感器的光源,基于气体吸收和谐波检测理论,分析了当光源输出光谱中心波长位于气体分子吸收峰不同位置时,所产生的谐波具有不同的特征。通过对这些特征进行检测并反馈给光源的温度控制模块,可以稳定光源的输出波长,使其与气体分子吸收峰对齐,从而提高测量性能。试验表明该方法对于波长稳定有很好的控制效果。

Wavelength Control Technology for Optical Gas Sensor Based on Spectrum- absorption

Abstract: Using distributed feed-back laser diode with high accurate injection current module and temperature controlling module as the light source of optic gas sensor, this paper investigated the characteristics of the harmonic wave created by the gas absorption, and described the relationship between the harmonic-wave peak value and the location of light source wavelength in the gas absorption spectrum. By feeding back the harmonic-wave peak information to the temperature controlling module, the output central wavelength of the light source was stabilized at the absorption peak position of gas absorption spectrum. The result shows that it is effective on the wavelength control for optical gas sensor.
