光纤法布里-珀罗腔液位传感器

摘要:为了实现电不进油罐的目的,提出一种基于光纤法布里-珀罗(F-P)腔干涉仪原理的光纤液位传感器,它根据不同的液体高度产生不同的压强的原理实现液位测量。传感器产生的信号经放大、光电转换后,由单片机将数据处理显示。实验结果表明:光纤F-P[WTBX]腔传感器测量液位方法简单,并且精度较高。

Optical Fiber Fabry-Perot Cavity Liquid Level Sensor

Abstract: A liquid level sensor based on optical fiber Fabry-Perot cavity interferometer was introduced. It detected liquid level based on the principle of pressure of liquid depending on its level. The sensor, which has high sensitivity and make light-only transmission come true, is particularly useful in detecting the liquid level of inflammable or explosive container. Experiment results show that the sensor is convenient and precise in level detecting, which indicates that the sensor has a widely practical application. After the system error was analyzed, stability issue and future improvements of the sensor were discussed.
